It was great as always. I have had a repeated experience of the 10% "pay on drop" off discount. I am not sure what it is officially called. This is no confined to one customer service associate but has occurred with 4 different associates. I have had to ask and it is corrected immediately. If there were some way to flag the account for discount on pay at drop off. I love your service. Thank you. Conrad Banks
