From my entering store I was greeted warmly, and not rushed at all. We even spent a little time just talking, and Dave was interested in knowing a little bit about me. I had not used this cleaners before, and have told a couple other friends of the very good attitude and quality of service. I feel fortunate to have a new provider I can depend on to treat me, and my clothes, with care.

Lapels is wonderful! I had to have hand surgery so it was difficult to do my laundry... The young lady at the front counter helped me with the bags in my car and had great customer service the entire time! My clothes was cleaned and folded in a timely matter and they smell so good! Thank you Lapels for making this girl's life a little easier and fresher!
