Customer service always perfect Dry cleaning service great Shoe repair, I have used numerous times, had been disappointing. 4-5 pairs repaired heals and asked to have heals and toes of the pairs touched up with the heal repair and never done once. $15-$18 per pair should include touch up as requested

Service is reliable. Clothes come back clean and neatly folded. So far, nothing has been lost. I will gladly continue using Lapel ‘s service and would recommend it to anyone.

I had my brand new suede leather jacket brought in to clean a 1-inch spot of ranch dressing. They did a wonderful job removing the stain. However, when I returned to reclaim my jacket there was green felt pen damage all over the right sleeve. The jacket is currently being reassessed on whether the damage can be repaired. I’m distraught and disappointed as of now. This was reckless and careless.

I asked you to allow me the opportunity to ask them to fix it and we would reassess the situation when its returned. I believe this review is premature as it is still in resolution process.
