I dropped of my winter coat on a Friday they said it would be done by 5pm on Monday. I happened to be driving by Lapels around noon and decided to stop and see if by chance it was ready. It did not come up in their system as ready, but the man behind the counter went into the back to check. It was ready and I was so happy as they saved me another trip. My coat looks fantastic!

I recently moved to Franklin, and was thrilled to discover Lapels. They do a great job at a competitive price. They're friendly, and often see me pulling in the parking lot and have my clothes ready by the time I reach the counter. I love companies and employees that really care to know their customers. They were very friendly and had my comforter dry cleaned a day earlier than I expected. There were some black spots on it and they were all cleaned off and it looked beautiful!!
