My clothes were picked and delivered without a glitch...although, there was a glitch with one of the systems it didn't impact the quality of the finished product.

The blanket I took in is probably over 50 years old. Lapels was able to clean it and keep it in good shape especially for it's age. Pleased with the end result.

Staff was friendly and service was very prompt (I brought in 2 rather large orders, and both were ready within 24hrs of submission). This is MUCH MORE prompt than service with other dry cleaners with whom I've dealt.
