Action speaks louder than words. If you ask me what I think of Lapels service, I will simply say this, I am taking an additional two more blankets and three more pillows this afternoon to also be cleaned. This after having 5 similar items cleaned last week. . In a word, excellent... describes their services, staff, and facilities.
