The person who took in my clothes was very helpful with my use of the coupon. And we discussed how I wanted the clothes processed with starch. We also discussed when they would probably be ready which was quite possibly after the holiday. But to my surprise, they were ready the next day!!! Thank you!!! Great service!!!

The blanket I took in is probably over 50 years old. Lapels was able to clean it and keep it in good shape especially for it's age. Pleased with the end result.

Best in town and believe me it feels like we've tried everyone at least I don't have to worry about getting my cleaning back with buttons missing and then being lied to the owner is very efficient there people are very efficient and if we do have a problem they take care of it without making any excuses or causing you problems.
