Shouldnt have to print the coupons to take advantage of them if you are a VIP member. Also, you should email receipts after service.

In regard to coupons that we generate via email, there are bar codes that have to be scanned in order for the coupon to apply in our system. Many of our coupons are offered to you specifically and not a general coupon in our system. A lot of our customers present the coupons they receive via email from their phone and we can simply scan the barcode off it versus needing to print anything out. Yall did great but it was a misunderstanding about my husband Jean's that should have been heavy starch..Jean's are always heavy starch..Now I got to pay again for heavy starch..
