Dropped off some Uggs for cleaning on January 18th and was told they would be back on February 3rd. I called on the third and was told it would now be the 14th. I can understand missing by a day but 11? Unacceptable.

Replaced missing buttons and was able to get wrinkles out of a shirt I could not get wrinkles free. Quick turnaround at a GREAT price! Friendly staff.
