The lady who took my clothes and information was very friendly, and told me when I could expect the clothes to be ready. She also said that if they were ready sooner, I would be notified by text or email. I was very pleased that they were done the next day.

Cleaning and laundry were great! But $8.00 for one shirt and one sweater vest is a bit much. I probably won't return!

My wife brought in a jacket that had a faux leather collar which needed to be replaced. She took it to a tailor who couldn’t help her. She took it to Lapels and it was done beautifully. Very pleased with the work and price!

The service is great. The order is ready on time and the check out system is smooth. Lapels has always asked questions about certain items to make sure I am aware of risks in doing the cleaning procedure I requested. Plainly describes the pros and cons and what end result will be.
