I brought in a 3 piece women's set to dry clean. It's my mother's, which she'll wear for her funeral when she passes away. The set was at Lapels for at least a month, I was too busy to pick it up, but a received a call from a very nice and friendly associate to remain me. I'm very pleased with the service and also the discount for being a new customer.

Lapels has prided me with impeccable service. I have never been more happy with service and communication with a dry cleaner before. They even have pick up and drop off service. Doesn't get more convenient than that.

I was very angry that to have lifts put on my shoes cost 15.00 plus tax. Not only is that extremely high price but had to wait 2 weeks to get them back. Will not be going back for shoe repair.
