Great customer service! I hadn’t used a dry cleaner in a long time, but this new business is doing a great job! AND my order was finished before time promised, and the quilts were packed in a nice reusable carrier bag. Other dry cleaners might learn a thing or two from the new guys!

Alterations cost more than originally estimated. Let customers know this in advance of pick up versus having it be a surprise. Also, if items will be delayed offer a coupon or % off for the inconvenience.
