Pleasant people but the order was handled incorrectly. Not the end of the earth but quickly rectified by a very customer centric employee which made me say Yes I will go back Things happen it is how you handle it that matters

You do a good job but the communication with getting items picked up it gets a little confusing I know during covid it was very confusing but there's still no communication on if you're coming back on the schedule days or if I need to call etc

Excellent work that exceeded my expectations. My comforter was cleaned and neatly folded into a nice breathable zippered case. I can store it for the season and it looks like I just bought it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that they kept air flow (open doors) when I was there , along with social distancing signs and hand sanitizer. 10 minute parking is steps away. Would highly recommend!
