Great experience! I’ve seek many cleaning services in the area, but Lapels is the best for customer service. I typically receive my orders back before I expect them. I do not have to return for them unsatisfactory work. I am a professional and they are convenient & understanding!!
Friendly clerk took my order quickly, told me when it would be ready, and gave me a pick-up ticket. When I returned, the clerk was very friendly and found my suit quickly and the price was good. Thank you.
I have had some items returned to me, that was not cleaned properly. But for the most part, you all do a good job.
