I paid extra for folded shirts. In the past, my shirts were impeccably folded and encased in plastic bag. Perfect for travel. What I got was a sloppy, coaresely folded unwrapped shirt that by the time I got home looked like it was already worn. The price went up but service and quality went way down. I will not use this cleaner again after more than 15 years of faithful patronnage. If you care about your clothes and your image, I suggest you dont use them either.
