I am so glad you reopened to business. I hope you were sufficiently busy to make it worth your while. I have used the pick up and delivery service since it was instituted. On top of that, on the rare occasion I have gone into the Fleming Island facility it has been nothing but friendly and efficient service. Thank You for All you do to make us look good!

I had a comforter cleaned. It was completed before the date given at time of drop off, staff associate was very friendly and gave great customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised to have the comforter nicely packaged in clear zipper bag.

Andrew and his team have always done exceptional work for our family. On the extremely rare occasion where there was any kind of an issue, it was handled promptly and professionally. If you’re new to the area- look no further...Lapels should be your dry cleaner! If you’re not new, and not thrilled with your current dry cleaner- try Lapels! They WILL earn your loyalty! ...and no, I’m not family! 😉
