The gentleman was very helpful and professional. He even helped to carry the heavy jackets to the car
Lost my wedding dress. I had to go back in their storage area to identify it. Late estimate. I dropped off my dress in mid July, it wasn't ready until October. Communication. I received no call/email to alert me that my dress was ready. I had to call them (which is fine, but not what they promised). And after all this, they charged me the full amount for cleaning.
