This dry cleaner doesn’t follow directions. Twice I dropped off quilts/comforters to be cleaned & both times requested they be returned in a zip bag, not on a hanger! Guess what? Both times my items were returned on hangers, not in the bags I asked for! Clearly they aren’t able to follow my request, which is an insult considering how much I pay to have those items cleaned! Do yourself a favor & find a cleaner who does what the customer requests!
