Friendly honest I brought in a pair of black pants that were covered in Cat hair and she told me they could try but it was so much I probably wouldn't be happy with them and so I tossed them in the trash. Since other items have been great. I only wish they get more counter help

It’s better now. A few months ago it was pretty bad. For a dollar more per garment I do expect a little better turnaround at the counter. Too busy, not enough confidence to make a productive change. I hope things will evolve and get better. Honestly I am looking for a new vendor.

Love these folks. I am a weekly and semi weekly customer. I love the service the smiles and the absolutely wonderful results. I live in both Houston, TX and Buckeye, AZ and only have my cleaning done here in Buckeye.
