The manager-owner is super friendly! Her customer service skills are top notch!! All employees here are friendly and helpful and the days in between drop off and pick up are minimal and clothes are consistantly clean and fresh.They also offer delivery service, which is an extra service above and beyond! I highly suggest Lapels as your go to cleaners :)
