Dropped off my New Years Party dress on Sunday March 2021 and was pleasantly surprised that I was notified that it was ready to be picked up on Monday. Great customer service and experience. My dress looks brand new.
I dropped off two orders with a 25% off coupon. Only one order received the discount, then they listed my other order under Jane Doe. The young lady was not paying attention who checked me in and messed the order up. It should have all been together I don’t understand why she separated my clothes. Not happy.
