Doing business at the Lapels location on 3A in Kingston has been a pleasure. I've never had a lost or damaged order, the turnaround time is reasonable (I don't do "rush" so I can't comment on that option), and I appreciate getting e-mail notification when my order is ready. I haven't used the tailoring or shoe repair services, either, but it's nice to know I won't have to run around trying to find them when I need them. Would definitely recommend *
