Personal service. Smiles
Not customer service oriented. Owner is just money hungry and couldn’t care less about the quality of work maintained in their business. Damages clothes and does nothing to rectify the situation. This business won’t last long just like the previous ones at this location. Would not let them dry clean my dish rags.
I needed two full comforters cleaned and I was very pleased. I used the drive thru and was greeted by a young lady who took my comforters inside. When I received an e-mail my comforters were ready, again I used the drive thru for pickup. A gentleman greeted me and brought my comforters and put in my car. Lapels are caring and do a good job.
