Your workers that greet me each time I visit are absolutely tremendous! They ALWAYS take care of me, unfortunately the actual workers doing the dry cleaning cannot follow orders because at least three times they DID NOT crease my trousers! Each time, hours, the women at your Boardman location have ALWAYS made sure the WRONG was "RIGHTED!" THANKS for the great service you ALWAYS provide. Have a great day!!!🤗😄😀😃

Always 5 star, the only reason I didn’t give 5 this time is because the front and foyer area is looking dirty lately...
Again .... pants folded on hanger ... it is in your computer ... hung by waist ... but your workers either cannot read or just do not care. I have done these reports before ... I have called and left messages ... no one at central ever returns calls ... so they must not care. This is last time I go to LaFrance.
In received my pants yesterday and not only were the stains not removed but they were also not pressed. The lady at the counter was nice act said she'd take care of it but I needed those pants for a job interview and I was told I wouldn't get them until Friday. My interview was Thursday, today.
The customer service is great the quality of work from the factory ( plant ) is poor. Too many redos
Was not advised that special shirt 25% discount did not also include 10% discount up front for paying at time of drop-off.
This was not a visit to your store; it was home pick up and delivery. The clothing articles were picked up on the day scheduled and returned later in the week. All items were in great condition.
