I was really happy about this place, the manager is beyond nice and great with people. However, I started noticing that a lot of my shirts were coming home with broken buttons or without them over all. Not sure what the process is, but this was definitely a let down.
Staff is always friendly and nice they even remember you by name. Ruth is a total sweetheart and I appreciate her amazing customer service thank you!
Sometimes every half a year, I always take my pillow to kona to clean it. I love it! They clean it very good.
