I usually go to a different Kona Cleaners, but I went to this one due to their having someone to perform alterations. I was greeted and treated in a friendly & professional manner by Amanda. She understood & was efficient in processing my request for alterations. I was very pleased with the service. Upon pickup, my sweat pants with zippers were sewn perfectly!

My formal gown was cleaned and returned in less than 24 hours. I will be letting my daughter know where to bring her wedding gown & veil, etc, for cleaning and preserving. The ladies who helped me were happy & polite. I will definitely tell others & use this company again.

The zipper they fixed on my flannel was extremely good better than when I bought it. Extremely Happy. Though they said it was gonna be $21.00 it was $30.00. The quality was Great. Thankyou SKY

GREAT is too over-the-top wording for me. I'd say "Very Good.." Staff so customer-service nice BUT prices too high. Guess I need to pay better attention for coupons.
