After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to try Kona Cleaners. I am totally amazed by the service I got today. They guys were so friendly!! They told me my order will be ready tomorrow and they will send me the email to confirm it. 4 hours later I already got my confirmation that my order is ready! Thank you Kona Cleaners!! I will recommend you to all my friends!
This was a great experience. I had just signed up with an account, but the week had already closed out and I couldn't drop off my jacket at work. So, I found a Kona cleaner close to me over the weekend to drop my jacket off for service. The agent that took care of me was AWESOME and when he looked me up he said, would you like us to drop your jacket at work? then you don't have to come back to this location. Nicely done, reasonably priced. I didn't have much more than that in mind.
I brought some of my uniforms over to be sewn and they did a phenomenal job. I usually have to explain how everything is sewn at least 3 or 4 times before it is correct. Kona was able to get it correct on the first attempt. I will definitely be bringing my uniforms back to get more sewing.
From the moment I called and spoke with "Meena" (sorry, cannot recall her name), I was so impressed with your company. She was so polite and friendly on the phone, and told me about the sale price for cleaning dresses. She was there to greet me when I came in. Great job and great employees. Thanks!
