Kona Clenaers is one of the best cleaners I have experienced in a long time actually every. My military uniforms were inspected on my base and they said my uniform was the best one. May I say thank you for you're service Kona Cleaners.

I was pretty disappointed that I was given a shirt that was not mine and you lost my pants. No one knew a process to follow and no one knew what would happen. They did pay for me to get a new pair of pants but, the process was frustrating. Luckily I was able to get a new pair as a replacement. But, the process was a little bit all over the place and they did not return my bag either. When they told me they would get back to me they did not. I was a bit disappointed. Excellent customer service
I have been availing myself of Kona dry cleaners for a few years now and have been very happy mostly but when I have had a problem it has always been fixed promptly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dry cleaning company. The lady that usually serves me is a delight to deal with and she always remembers my name. Great customer service.
