I have been a customer for almost 20 years, and the service and people have always been great. I did not give 5 stars because Kona consistently forgets to apply my MVP card rewards. I shouldn't have to check every month, but I do. The last year has been noticeably the same every month....call or email to get my discount. As a customer, and one that has his cards attached to his pick-up bag, the application for the discount should be routine. This last year...not so much.
I loved the results of one of my favorite Hats! It looks almost new again😊 I will definitely visit your establishments again ... Highly recommended! Thank you 😊

Very friendly. Super quick service. Had some kind of stain from an iron on a black shirt. Kona got it out and the shirt looks brand new.
Maria always does an amazing job with all my dry cleaning/pressing needs. She is always willing to go above and beyond. The seamstress, Asseffa, is beyond amazing. I tend to have a bit of expensive taste when it comes to my button downs and slacks; she is the only person who I trust to tailor them accordingly. Her 23 years experience from working as a seamstress for Nordstroms shows. These two ladies always go above and beyond to make me feel as if I am their priority. They have a customer for life.
