I walked in to have them fix the zipper and add more material to the waist and to dry clean them, and they did just that. Best customer service ever.

I was pretty disappointed that I was given a shirt that was not mine and you lost my pants. No one knew a process to follow and no one knew what would happen. They did pay for me to get a new pair of pants but, the process was frustrating. Luckily I was able to get a new pair as a replacement. But, the process was a little bit all over the place and they did not return my bag either. When they told me they would get back to me they did not. I was a bit disappointed.
