My wife had these UGG slippers that I got her last Christmas of December 2017. I dropped them off to be cleaned about two weeks ago. They were filthy, dark inside almost Black. The outsides were a gray when we first bought them but they had so many smudges on them they were almost Brownish color. As a surprise I dropped them off at Kona cleaners and had them cleaned for my wife. They came back looking almost brand new . I was extremely impressed by the turnaround time as well as the price . The best in their trade. They ask if you want a button replaced and will actually go out and try and find a replacement. Great staff and very attentive. It’s so easy to drop off and pick up. I don’t even need to take my wallet in to pay as they keep your card on file. It’s that easy. Also, while I haven’t tried the pick up and delivery service....it’s another great feature for customers. Lastly, the prices are GREAT! not expensive at all!!! Try Kona...uou’ll See what I mean. Oh yes, early hours and Saturday and Sunday too!
