Good customer service, nice ladies.
I was able to drop off my items and even though I was not in a rush, Rose guaranteed a 1 day turnaround, which is by far, the best service in the IE. I also like that they will fold clothes instead of keeping the items on hangars and are willing to clean sheets, down comforters, and blankets.
