I’m so impressed with how every time I come into Kona’s , I’m greeted with smiles and respect. The people here are super friendly! Even when there was an error with my order, they immediately rectified the problem without hesitation . Once again I was impressed with the customer service. I arrived to pick up my order not realizing it was after hours. No one even mentioned they were closed. They simply helped me with the same pleasant service. Kona Cleaners is awesome. I really appreciate their service minded attitude!

As a suggestion, the coupons sent would be better served if able to be utilized when picking up an order. They are somewhat useless when dropping cloths off on the fly...thus the usefulness of the bag that is given to the customer to make drop off a fast process. What if the the system already noted that a customer was presented with a coupon and automatically applies the savings. That would be a differential from other cleaners. Friendly service and quick turnaround. Picked up my dry cleaning today and noticed a little residue of something on one of the shirts as I was putting them in my car. I went back in and they took it back in to re-clean. No hassles. Excellent customer service.
