I always take my bulky bedding to Kona because they package so nicely in a clear plastic bag with a handle. Much nicer than other cleanres who give you the comforter, etc on a hanger makking it difficult to carry and store. In addition, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I only wish they were a little closer to my house.

I haven't been able to get to Kona for a long time because I don't have a car! You did hemming on some pants of mine and it was perfect. I like your service. I just can't get there until I get a car!
