There were delays, and they didn’t follow directions well, but they did fix everything, and made a more than fair adjustment. Also, Nancy the seamstress is awesome and did a great job.

Generally Kona Cleaners doesn’t magnificent job, we just have a couple of things we’d like to ask, we don’t like it when they use the pants hangers that are full length, because in our personal situation our closet does not work with for long hanging, also this recently it seems like we got someone else’s pants.
The service was very fast and efficient and the attention to detail was impeccable.
