Well, I went to pickup a knit item that I took to have the hanger impressions removed from the shoulder area. When I got there the item that I dropped off was on a hanger with the hanger impressions worse than they were before. I've always had my knit items folded over the hanger in the pass to prevent this issue and would appreciate it going forward if you would please consider folding my knit items over a hanger. Great experience each and every time I come here. Kona always takes great care of me and my clothes. I’ve been with them for about 10 years or so. Customer service is top notch, very professional, clean spot, and good atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and welcoming as well.

I needed garmets for a event, for a Friday, and I dropped them off on a Monday, ready by Tuesday! Wow that's was fast, other places would take a week, past the event date! Thank you Kona for excellent service!
