I didn't think I would have to pay full price for an item to be redone. That was originally given to me. The first time and the stain was never even touched. And the only thing that was on the jacket was charcoal. Because I have so the second time around after her.Having a customer insists that I should ask for a redo it finally got taken care of.

For the stains we do don't guarantee the stains will come out but we can definitely try our best keeping in mind to do what best for the garment.
