Friendly staff. Kona took care of me when a beaded sweater of mine was damaged. I know things happen and I was not expecting any compensation. But Kona Cleaners did give me a credit on my next order and I appreciate that. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Very satisfied with their services and their staff!

I’m always pleased with the dry cleaning experience at Kona Cleaners; however, the tailoring on my last visit left much to be desired. For $12 per garment I would like to not have seen loose threads hanging from the bottoms of my hemmed jeans. It was a rather sloppy job and I don’t think I will ever return to have pants hemmed. Not only were loose threads apparent throughout the job, but the threading was not straight.
