Was quoted a price for cleaning my comforter which turned out to be incorrect. I really appreciate the great customer service in honoring the quoted price I had been given. Before I became a widower I just would have paid the higher price. Every dollar now means a lot more to me. Thank you

Very warm welcome on my first time visit. Process explained and my cleaning would be available the next day. Received a text the next day that my cleaning was available for pick up. Reception was very war when I picked up my cleaning and happy I decided to give them a try!

To all prospective customers: Kona Cleaners is the only tailoring service I use. Why go anywhere else? Their prices are fair and reasonable. Their customer service is excellent—they are very kind, respectful and professional when they greet you and take your order; they are very good about communicating with you about your order; and the work is completed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within a couple of days.
