Took my comforter in on a Saturday. Was advised it would take about 4 days or so and was ok with it. By the following Friday, no notification so I called. Was told it should be ready the next day which is the week after I brought it in. Didn’t go Saturday to pick up because still no notification but came by Monday and was told still not ready. So that would be the 7th day. Disappointed as there were no follow ups. I rated 3 because that staff is friendly and had other garments dropped off in the past and was done timely.

Have been going to Kona for a couple of years now. They are always very friendly and prompt. Love that I get a text when my clothes are ready too.

Love this place!!! Always have a great experience with Kona Cleaners. Maria the manager is so friendly and remembers who I am. The service is quick and I get a text and email saying my clothes are ready. And if I need an alteration or fix, the seamstress gets it done within the week. Been going here for about 5 years and they just get better. :)
