I had some curtains dry cleaned. When I got them back the first time, they were wrinkled, were pleated after I specifically asked them not to be pleated, and the stain had not been removed, so I returned them. When I got them back again, they were much better, although a little wrinkled in the middle from being folded over on the hangar. I had to sign a release about the stain, so now there is slight discoloration, and a second stain was not addressed.
