Great service And very helpful
Went to Kona first time Sunday. Was greeted by very pleasant lady at counter, took order quickly, explained Alexa option coming, and said shirts would be ready next day. Right on time the next day I get email and text saying order is ready with amount due. Everything went perfectly as opposed to other cleaners where you leave thinking they did you a favor even talking to you. For cleaning, as pleasant as could be.
Needed a alteration which was quickly done. Excellent service with courteous staff.

I had some curtains dry cleaned. When I got them back the first time, they were wrinkled, were pleated after I specifically asked them not to be pleated, and the stain had not been removed, so I returned them. When I got them back again, they were much better, although a little wrinkled in the middle from being folded over on the hangar.
