I’ve have been going to Kona for a while now. So much that I don’t even have to give my name anymore. The staff is always friendly, even when I show up one minute before closing. Bags are available upon request and now all I have to do is just drop off my cleaning. I also like the text message reminding me to go pick up my items.
First time going there, it was so simple. I would definitely go back.
Mary is amazing and makes sure that her customers are happy. The corporate powers that be are not as helpful. For first time ever I needed delivery and it was not made clear that my home is not in the delivery area.Mary was not present when I brought in my order.
