Had a number shirts dry cleaner but due to family crises didn’t pick them up for over a year! Kona reminded me by text that the shirts were ready but never got there. Went there yesterday expecting to be told they were disposed of but was told by a cheerful salesperson I’ll have them in a minute ! Nice customer service!

Order was ready before promised date. The automated pickup allowed me to do the pickup after hours. The tailored pants were done according to the specifications. The shirts were well cleaned and pressed. The price was reasonable. Overall, very happy with the service and experience.
