I have been going to Kona for almost a year now. I pass several dry cleaners to get to Kona. Everyone at Kona is very professional and kind. In the beginning when I first went to Kona. Fernanda was very patient and professional. She explained that would be getting coupons, text messages, e-mails when my order was ready and that I had other options available to me besides dry cleaning. I have been very happy with Kona cleaners.

I have had shirts in the past cleaned and pressed better. It seems as if the shirt was cleaned by a novice. The assistant was fine.
