The staff in Eastvale are always very polite friendly and helpful. Everytime I walk in I am greeted. When there is a line, they attentively man both registers and work as a team. I have never seen them not happy to be a work. The make me feel glad to stop by with my business.
Kona cleaner is very efficient. Their service, hangers and plastic cover are first class. It would be better if they use biodegradable plastic bags.

I always like the results I see. My bedspread smells good - no chemical or fragrance smell. Clean and neatly bagged for me. Employees are always friendly and helpful. If there is a tear in a fabric it’s fixed for me, I love Kona
