Same day service, Saturday service and the fact they’re open on Sunday to receive, and can turn your clothes around to you the following day is fantastic! Courteous, timely, professional - one time a manager called me to advise why they wouldn’t recommend cleaning my husband’s shirt as requested - much appreciated - their communication & expertise!

Great result on shirts. Would be nice if the staff engaged customers a bit more. Perhaps ask how they are doing or some general greeting would be nice, other than what's your last name. I also noticed when handed my shirts, the staff said here you go. I am sure a "Thank you see you, again soon" would also be appreciated by the customers. I am a relationship manager so I guess I notice those little things. But great job on the shirts. Beautiful presentation. Well pressed. Nice quality cleaning.
