Awesome service and awesome work!
Two small stains on casual shirt. Instead of prewashing to see if stains could come out it was obviously brushed (thus discolored around the stains) and just putt directly to dry cleaning. When returned I was asked if I wanted to try soaking/washing at this point. Too late and in the wrong order I would say. Still I paid full price and simply threw the shirt away. Disappointing and rely on Kona's expertise.

Reception person proffesional, and friendly. The alterations woman has been friendly and does excellent work.
I signed up for pick up & delivery service. Kona came once to drop off a clothes bag and had never come back. I called the local store twice, both times I was assured someone would come pick up, that never happened.
