We have used Kona cleaner for over 10 years now and have been very pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service.
The experience was good
Love the opportunity to have our dry cleaning picked up and dropped off! They always do an excellent job of cleaning. My only complaint is that the drivers occasionally don’t show up. Its happened 3 times in the last three months. Since they come twice a week, it usually doesn’t matter much, just disappointing on that day and a bit embarrassing to have the bag hung on our front gate all day.
I was looking for new dry cleaner. Came across Kona on Yelp. Friendly service. Very automated. Received text that my cleaning was done early next morning. Quick turnaround. Pricing is higher than what I’ve paid in the past and it’s a little out of the way from where we live. They have coupons through Yelp. I was reminded to give them the coupon ahead of time. They also offer pick up and delivery services which I will try next time.
Great service; reliable pick up. Alberto was picking it up, but not sure if he still is doing our area.

The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. Quick turnaround.
Antonio is always on time, friendly and it is so easy to get our clothes laundered now.
