Unfortunately you damaged the lace type trim on my duvet cover in your cleaning process......BUT you acknowledged this and let me know you would initiate the repairs. It took a while, but it is now back home...... It's really great to deal with an honorable business.

Went in to Kona,'s Orange Location I've been a customer of theirs for many years Mostly the kona in Costa Mesa But since I'm no longer in that area anymore the Orange location is closest to me and when I went in there Yesterday My dry Cleaning may have been ready for quite a while...weeks ! even though kona gives us next day service and was Probably the longest time I've ever left my items there Thinking I was going to be Greeted with finally !...
